SHE/HER · FOUNDER/CEO
Dr. Wagner brings over twenty years of experience working alongside diverse communities of people from all walks of life, with different world views, and a wide range of ‘being’.
Dr. Wagner has researched, taught, and facilitated conversations about community wealth building and strategies to honor diversity, support equity, and strengthen inclusion in places where we live, work, and play. Most importantly, she acknowledges that her personal and professional growth is a result of making mistakes along the way in approaching these conversations. It is these lessons that strengthened her ability to create brave spaces for people to connect with their co-workers, their neighbors, and others willing to do the work to create inclusive spaces.
As a white, cis-gendered, able-bodied woman, she is deeply committed to her responsibility as an aspiring ally to better understand the experiences of others, to co-design strategies for building inclusive communities and workplaces, and to end systems of oppression so that everyone can realize their full potential.
Dr. Wagner holds a Ph.D. in Social work from Washington University in St. Louis, an MSW from Washington University in St. Louis, and a BA in Psychology from the University of Grand Forks, ND. In a continued effort to connect with people and our planet, Dr. Wagner can often be found tending to honeybees in her backyard, cultivating native plants, or cooking up a new recipe to share with family and friends.

Working with Kristen at Three x Three Consulting as a coach during a difficult career transition has been a fantastic experience. In our very first meeting Kristen’s warmth, enthusiasm, and positivity gave me the encouragement I needed to start taking steps toward a change that had felt very intimidating. Kristen helped me to think strategically and thoughtfully as we developed a career transition plan tailored specifically for me and my situation.
Particularly helpful was Kristen’s willingness to share lessons learned from her own professional life while still keeping the focus on my unique situation. I appreciate all the thought she put into her recommendations for tangible steps to transition to a new career, for example, reviewing my work history, identifying transferrable skills, inventorying my strengths, and creating a resume and professional profile. I always felt encouraged and motivated after our meetings, knowing Kristen was “in my corner” cheering me on. I absolutely recommend Kristen’s coaching skills!
