Welcome! After 20 years of community building practice, leadership training, and academic research in the St. Louis community and beyond, I, Kristen Wagner, am thrilled to announce the launch of Three x Three Consulting and our "Grow X Three L.A.B!"

While this is an independent business venture (and adventure!) I will not be doing this alone. Joining me in this effort is Three x Three’s creative design and social media guru – the amazingly talented, Tatiana Sobolik! Her creative talents, grounded in truth-seeking and a passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), will support our efforts to share historical, as well as ground-breaking information on DEI topics to generate growth in our thinking, connections to one another, and inform the actions we take in our everyday lives. We will also be sharing this effort with our “Prosperity Partners” – local DEI experts who will advise and partner with Three x Three in our work with small businesses and non-profit organizations. Stay tuned in the coming weeks as we introduce these partners.

Our full-service equity and inclusion consultancy supports and strengthens intercultural competence in the workplace through equity audits, DEI planning processes, inclusive leadership coaching, and team knowledge-building processes that integrate DEI into your organizational culture and operations.

At Three x Three, we believe that growth occurs through the rule of 3x3:


Prosperity for People and the Planet x Diversity, Equity, Inclusion


Where the prosperity of people and the planet are made possible through diverse perspectives, equitable ownership, and inclusive leadership. Any personal growth journey begins with building awareness and knowledge about our current state. Building on awareness, the growth process may require reflection on what got us to this state. Then… to continue growing, we need tools we can apply to move forward and continue to grow. The journey related to DEI is no different! To support this growth journey (ours and yours) we created the Grow x Three L.A.B. (Learn. Act. Build.) where we will share a variety of materials from a diverse set of perspectives and mediums so that we can all grow together. 


With each Grow x Three post, we will share information on a variety of topics intended to support your DEI growth journey at whatever stage you are in and with the hope that these discussion starters inspire you to Learn, Act, and Build your efforts to become an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in places where you live, work, and play. With each post, we will share three suggested action steps you can take to expand your growth in the topic area. To help us launch, please consider taking these three initial steps:
